Your clients get your best work. Your operations get whatever’s left.
Stay in the work your clients pay you for. I’ll be in everything else with you, finding where your business loses time, money and energy and keeping your client experience intact as you grow.
A short application. I read every one myself and reply within two working days.

I'm Carina. For 15 hours over one month, I work inside your business with you on your projects, contractors, systems and numbers. Every decision stays yours. I make sure the work behind it gets done.
Everything in the business has an owner except operations.
Your name is on the business. You lead it, deliver the work clients pay for, and set the standard everyone else works to. You also run its operations, because nobody else does.
None of this means you're disorganized. Your business is excellent. Operations is the one job in it that has been waiting for a quiet week, and quiet weeks stopped happening a while ago.
Client experience makes or breaks an expert-led business. I protect it while you grow.
Your clients feel the cracks in your operations before you do: a slower reply, a missed handoff, an onboarding that depends on you remembering every step. As a business grows, client delivery is usually the first thing to slip, and it slips quietly.
Over twenty years in corporate operations trained me to find the leaks: the slow handoffs, the work that gets done twice, the decisions that sit waiting on you. I build the systems that close them for good. Then I hold the operations, the team and your clients with you, so the rave reviews, referrals and renewals keep coming as you scale.
I'm also an ICF-credentialed coach, so if the bottleneck turns out to be you running on empty, I'll notice that too, and we'll plan around it.
I'm your right hand for operations. You'll hear from me with progress and the few decisions that need you.
Most support keeps the business running. I also help you decide where it's going.
An advisor or a mastermind can ask good questions, but they don't see your project board. I do. Because I'm in your operations every week, my advice comes from inside your business.
You still make the call. You just stop making it alone.
Three steps to start. Then one focused month.

What your 15 hours include
A short note every Monday
Monday morning, you read one short note instead of chasing six Slack threads. It covers what moved, what's stuck and what needs your decision, with my recommendation on each.
Onboarding call
The one time you explain your business top to bottom. After that, I handle the day-to-day the way you would.
Team management
I assign, review and give feedback on work for up to three contractors, and your team brings questions to me first.
One system, fixed
Documented, rebuilt or retired, so it stays fixed after I leave.
Your numbers in one place
The metrics you've chosen to watch, kept up to date.
Weekday messaging
Replies within one business day, directly from me.
45-minute strategy call
In week 1, we look at your numbers, pressure-test what's coming and set the month's priorities.
Bonus: The AI Operations Audit
A written review of where AI and automation can take repeat work off your team, with the three changes worth making first, ranked by hours saved.
Where the hours can go
This is the full menu. Fifteen hours won't cover all of it in one month, so on your week-one strategy call we choose where the hours go first.

Is this the right fit?
This is a fit if
- You're an established expert. Your name is the brand, and your programs, training or services are already selling.
- You have at least one contractor or team member, or you're about to hire.
- You use a project management tool, or you're willing to start.
- You care how things are done, and you want someone in the detail with you.
It's not a fit if
- You need someone to build the business model or find your first clients. Start with a Strategy Session instead.
- You need someone on call around the clock.
- You want task-level admin help, such as inbox and calendar management.

Hi, I'm Carina.
I spent over twenty years in corporate operations, in international organizations across the US, the UK and the Middle East, including as a chief of staff. For the last nine years I've also run my own online business, so I know what it's like to be the person everything waits on.
I'm type A and I love a well-run business. I write policies and procedures for fun, and I'm as happy talking spreadsheets and tech stacks as I am sourdough.
- MBA and Certified Director of Operations
- ICF-credentialed coach (ACC) with 200+ hours coached
- Certified High Performance Coach and certified executive trainer
- Operations experience across ecommerce, coaching businesses and boutique agencies
- Mom to tween twin girls, a snoring Maltese and a moody sourdough starter. The parents' WhatsApp group blowing up, a mall run and an updated Asana board, all with an iced matcha latte in hand and Taylor Swift on repeat? I call that Tuesday.

What happens after the month?
Each package covers one month, with no minimum term.
- In week 4, you get a written review of what moved and my recommended next steps.
- To renew, let me know at least five business days before the month ends. I hold your place, send your invoice, and your next month starts with no gap, beginning with a strategy call.
- If you decide later than that, I can't guarantee your place, because I keep my client list small. If it's still open, we pick up as soon as your invoice is paid.
- If you're finishing, your week-4 review doubles as a handover document, so nothing gets lost.
